Sign up now to take the Spring 2010 Fitness Challenge. It's an 8 Week Challenge that starts on Sunday, March 21. Everyone will meet at 200 Elm Street at the Training Station. Here you will begin your own evaluation starting with a 2 mile run/walk down Elm Street. You will be timed on your progress. Once you return to the station, you will continue on with your evaluation, push ups sit ups, box jumps and more. Throughout the next 8 weeks we will work on helping you to improve your scores.
We will provide you with a schedule of all the fitness kickboxing classes and other classes that you can attend. You will also be able to attend any of the martial arts and self defense classes. The more classes that you attend, the more points you will earn. We have prizes to give away weekly for differnt competitions and will be raffling off a 1 HOUR FREE massage.

Goals of the challenge.......everyone has their own personal goal and you compete against your own scores. Some join for weight loss, others just to get in shape. Everyone will be placed on a team. This helps in encouraging everyone to stay true to the challenge and meet their goals.
